INTRODUCTORY PROGRAMS

HP2 specializes in the long-term development of Commitment Based Management for the sake of generating new levels of performance and profit for our clients. We don’t do education for its’ own sake but as a means to accomplish a larger objective. The days are gone when smart companies are content to pay consultants to provide binders full of advice and invoices. Instead they want to learn how to bring new strategies to life on their own. The future lies in learning new practices that become a permanent part of the organizational culture. That is why our typical client engagements run from 3-18 months, as that is what it takes to produce real competence in the new practices and generate substantial financial results.

We realize that not everyone is ready to start at that level so we offer a series of introductory sessions that enable you to get a look at who we are, how we work, and the world that we have to offer you. Here is the set of basic sessions that are available. Each of them can run from 90 minutes to 2-days depending on the needs of your team. These sessions are perfect for team meetings, kick-off meetings, or any session where you want to energize thinking and participation.

The New Game of Business - It’s a whole new world out there. Overnight we have watched the rise and first fall of the dot.com world and in front of our eyes a new economy is taking shape. Organizations of all sizes are undergoing radical change as markets shift, competitors emerge, and consumers have increasing access to information. Adaptability and agility are the new names for the game. Sounds great but how do we do that? In this presentation we will look at what’s going on in the new game of business, what are the new rules, and what is the critical competence that will separate winners from losers.

Beginning with his early work with athletes you will hear about the trials of working with the Special Forces and Marines, the challenges of transforming AT&T, and wonders of working with companies that include Microsoft, Intel, Nike, Cargill, and Capital One.

Selling in the New Economy - Just like everything else the practice of selling has to be reinvented to meet the demands of the new economy. In this presentation we will show you the critical competencies that enable anyone to be an extraordinary salesman. It isn’t about any "magic tips" or "secret techniques." Instead we will show you how to engage with people in such a way as to produce consistent, outstanding results.

In addition we can take each of these basic subjects and either customize, combine, or expand them into 1-3 day experiential sessions.
