It is a whole new world and in this new world the tired old ways of learning won't produce the competence your organization needs to be effective. We claim that learning must be seen as the development of new competence, a new capacity for action. You're not going to get there with new theories and models, quickie tips and techniques, motivation and habits, or MBA's. The new world is a world of speed, agility, flexibility, innovation, mobilization, collaboration, competence, and character. We know that we can teach all of this and more because we have been successfully doing it for over 20 years. It won't look like what you are used to, but it will work and you will find that you can produce results and satisfaction that others can only dream of.
Our promise is to produce what we call embodied competence. Embodied means you can take the new action without having to stop, think, or look it up in some book or manual. Competence means you have the capacity to consistently produce the desired result. To get embodied competence requires practice, patience, and perseverance. There is no short cut, instant learning, or magic pill. That is why our complete programs run for weeks or months not hours or days.
There is no one out there who currently knows everything they need to know to be successful for the next five years, let alone the next ten or twenty.
