Executive Team

Chris Majer, Founder
Chris Majer began as an entrepreneur and competitive rugby player. In 1981 he founded the first iteration of HP2. Beginning with athletes and the military, the company soon began working with corporate clients, generating remarkable results. Under Mr. Majer's leadership, the firm grew from a startup to a company of over 80 professionals working globally. Mr. Majer was the principal architect of change management projects for such corporate clients as AT&T, Cargill, Microsoft, Intel, EDS, McKinsey & Company, and Capital One. He has studied extensively with Dr. Fernando Flores and has a background in martial arts. He is a former board member of the National Board for The Breakthrough Foundation, a national organization working with at-risk youth. Mr. Majer currently serves as a board member for Spokane's new science center as well as volunteering in numerous other areas in the local community.

Vibhuti Jha, President
Prior to joining HP2 Vibhuti Jha was a senior officer with American Express Bank International. His responsibilities included developing and implementing an investment/deposit program for the expatriate Indians living in the US to invest in India and developing and expanding Indo-US business relationships. He developed a team of professionals to achieve the desired objective, and in three years he and his team succeeded in developing over $500 million in retail programs for the bank. He has been an International banker covering almost all areas of corporate and private banking consultancy and execution of services for clients all over the world. His unique experience in India provides a keen insight and access to key markets and players in this increasingly prominent market. His ongoing commitment and creativity have enabled HP2 to see a host of new possibilities and his level headed approach to business has proven extremely valuable. In addition, Vibhuti is a frequent speaker at international business events, serves on a host of international advisory committees and contributes to two different international business journals.

Greg Stern, VP Global Sales
Like many on the team, Greg comes to HP2 from the world of sports; in his case, basketball. He was a college and professional player who made the grade by consistently outworking everyone on the court. He brings that deep competitive spirit to our team and his work as VP of Global Sales. Greg’s promise to the organization is to ensure not only that HP2 has quality clients but that all of our clients are deeply satisfied with our work. To do that he marshals his skills as a sales executive and experience in working with dozens of companies around the world to show potential clients a future that would otherwise never be available to them. He works tirelessly on behalf of our clients to ensure quality, satisfaction, and that the HP2 team over delivers on their promise.
Prior to joining HP2 Greg was a Director of Sales Management and Recruiting for the Allegis Group. In that capacity he learned the essential skills for building a sales organization and he has brought those same talents to a bigger more challenging arena. When he isn’t working he is playing, coaching, or promoting basketball and spending time with his wife and two young children.

Peter Yaholkovsky, Director of Projects and Innovation
Peter Yaholkovsky trained in mechanical engineering and is a physician, board certified in Internal Medicine. He has also been certified as Master Somatic Coach, with a special interest in developing the emotional skills for building trust in relationships characterized by power differentials. Dr. Yaholkovsky brings over two decades experience as a coach. He currently specializes in coaching managers and executives in coordination, communication, and trust. He has studied with Dr. Fernando Flores, a pioneer in the linguistic foundations of action and relationships. He has worked internationally in a broad range of industries with clients such as Citibank, ABN-AMRO, TransAlta Utilities, Nova, and Capital One.

Sue Kresovich, Director of Coaching
Sue Kresovich brings over 25 years of professional experience in organizational development, training, executive & corporate coaching, sales management, and entrepreneurship to HP2. Her clients include Allianz, Capital One, the Dan Evans School of Public Affairs at the University of Washington, Northwest Hospital in Seattle, City of Seattle, and the Seattle Community for Youth. Ms. Kresovich has been a member of HP2 for 14 years and is a certified coach through the Newfield Group's Mastering the Art of Ontological Coaching program. She has also received further training in somatic coaching.

Sue Staker, Director of Standards and Development
For over a decade, Sue Staker has consulted with business leaders and their teams to bring greater effectiveness to their relationships and business processes. She has worked with sole proprietors, small founder-led firms, and global public corporations. Her clients include Allianz, ATI, TransAlta Utilities, Vector Engineering, Neenan and Associates, and the UMS Group. Ms. Staker's prior experience includes nearly two decades in business. She was an internal consultant in organizational development and business process design/technologies at a first quartile company and an instructor at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technologies. She has extensively studied the foundations of linguistics and biology to synthesize an approach of communication and coordination, and is certified as a Somatic Coach.

Joel Kimmel, Coaching Manager
Joel Kimmel brings over 25 years expertise in coaching to HP2. He has extensive experience coaching start-ups, franchisees, small businesses, and international companies. His coaching practice has included work with Cole National, Turning Points Inc., Left on Elm Street, BizFutures, and Allianz. While with BizFutures, Mr. Kimmel was the senior consultant to Pike Place Fish, training organizations in the underlying principles behind the "Fish Philosophy." He was named "Franchisee of the Year" by Supercuts ® Corporation and his retail locations continue to receive awards. He has been with HP2 since 2005.

Jim Elvidge, CIO - IT Executive Manager
Jim Elvidge brings a vast array of innovation and IT expertise to HP2 defining the consistent branding that HP2 has strongly created for itself. Jim had his beginning in the Music and Media industry over 15 years ago accumulating numerous credits to his name. His creative edge and savvy for consistent branding and innovative technology offers a full circle of excellence to HP2's continuing drive for unique visual presence and leading social media alliances.
